Terms and Conditions of use
Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any information, products or services. By accessing SocialBuildingz website, mobile or tablet application or any other feature or other SocialBuildingz platform you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept all these terms, then you may not use Our Website. In these terms, "we", "us" or "our" refers to SocialBuildingz platform, and "you" or "your" refers to you as a Professional User of Our Website.
We may modify these terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arouse prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. So, please review these Terms periodically for changes and modifications.
1.About us
Social Buildingz is a digital marketplace with a bidding platform aim to be a medium between the People who want to finish their homes and professional Design Build Contractors who can do their dream homes for them with the fair prices of the market.
So, we do not finish homes by ourselves and we are not liable for any damages or losses occurs to either party due to this work. We provide the clients with number of contractors based on their previously submitted quotations. And the client may get in contact with them for site visit and detailed offer and hence the selected contractor can finish the client's home.
We offer clients the option of paying for their finishing in installments, and this is achieved through collaboration with Contact Company. So, this does not have to do anything with the Contractor as the contractor will have his money as per the contract normally. It is all with the Client, Contact Company and Social Buildingz.
i.e. Social Buildingz role is only to connect the client and the company who offer financial facilitations.
The website deals with two types of users, "Normal Users" those who needs to finish their homes by making a request includes but not limited to the area, location and type of their property, also the finishing category they need to finish within, and "Professional Users" those are the Design build Contractors who are willing to submit them their offers.
2.Intellectual Property
This platform allows professional users to create their own account with their work, experience and previous projects, and to share those accounts with normal users on the web site. In this Agreement, we refer to all of this content provided by Professional Users as "User Content".
In order for us to make the User Content your contribute available on the site for these purposes, and to operate, market and to promote the Service, we need the right to make use of such User Content in accordance with and subject to this Agreement.
3.Registration
For "Professional User", Creating and completing your account is the first step to be able to have full access to SBZ platform and its services. The information required for this account to be created successfully is:
- Username;
- Email address and Phone number (business ones);
- Full name and professional full name;
- Company logo (dimensions, format);
- Commercial Register (number, document);
- Tax Card (number, document);
- Min. 3 previous projects (dimensions, format);
- Portfolio file and website link (if any).
Completing the profile enables the clients to see your work, review it if applicable and ask for your contacts to get in contact with you if needed.
- Freemium users
After creating your account, you will be by default in the freemuim package users where you are granted 5000 Z-points. These points enable you to submit offers to requests only without seeing the client contact but the later (client that you submitted offer to) will be able to see your offer and your profile on SocialBuildingz platform (i.e. portfolio, Contacts,…..). Hence, if the submitted offer appeals to the client he will get in contact with you after receiving it.
5.Upgrading
To make the maximum use of SocialBuildingz platform by submitting offers to the clients request and have access to the client contact to be able to get in contact with him/her shortly after submitting your offer, you need to upgrade from Freemium package to platinum package. Where you can subscribe for different packages available as Z-200, Z-300, Z-500, Z-700 or Z-900.
6.Pointing System
“Z-Points” are used to send offers where 1 Z-point equivalent to 1m2, the more you gain the more offers you can send.(i.e. to submit an offer to request of property 250 m2, you consume 250 Z-points).
“Rank Points” are used to improve your Rank on the website, the more Rank points you gain the better your Rank on the website.
Once you created your account, you will be granted with 5000 free Z-points and will be a freemuim user, to be platinum user; you need to subscribe for additional Z-Points. There are 5 (five) Z-packages available which are:
- Z-200
Subscribing for Z-200 costs 200 Egyptian Pounds (non-refundable) and provides you with 2,800 Z-points valid for 30 days from the activation day.
- Z-300
Subscribing for Z-300 costs 300 Egyptian Pounds (non-refundable) and provides you with 4,400 Z-points valid for 30 days from the activation day.
- Z-500
Subscribing for Z-500 costs 500 Egyptian Pounds (non-refundable) and provides you with 7,700 Z-points valid for 30 days from the activation day.
- Z-700
Subscribing for Z-700 costs 700 Egyptian Pounds (non-refundable) and provides you with 13,000 Z-points valid for 30 days from the activation day.
- Z-900
Subscribing for Z-900 costs 900 Egyptian Pounds (non-refundable) and provides you with 22,000 Z-points valid for 30 days from the activation day.
Purchases of Z-Points are non-refundable and valid for 30 days from the activation day.

7.Use of our website
Using SocialBuildingz platform, contractors can submit number of offers in a minute by one click. This could be achieved by adding one price list on the website data base and by clicking “submit my bid” to any project, the BOQ is recalled from the price list and is generated automatically.
5.1.Pricing Database list
The price list is the Database every contractor has to make before submitting his/her offers to the clients. The specification (item description) is written and the contractors have to fill in the corresponding price.
This pricing and database list includes the basic items needed that enable both the client and the contractor to know the estimate of finishing the property. Also this pricing database list enables the contractor to add any comment or explaining anything to the client while submitting his/her offer (taxes, validation of prices, ……).
Each contractor can make max. of 4 pricing database lists based on the categories that SBZ platform provide which are Economy, Premium Economy, Luxurious or Fancy. More than 4 pricing database listing, this list will be deleted and/or the contractor will lose points of his/her Z-points balance and/or the account will be blocked and not able to submit offers.
The prices filled in the pricelist will be checked regularly to avoid any high deviation from the normal market prices with range of ± 15%. Hence, the updating of the list is mandatory to avoid variance with the market prices. Misleading pricing database list will be deleted and/or the contractor will lose points of his/her Z-points balance, and/or the account will be blocked and not able to submit offers.
5.2.Submitting offers
Only activated contractors can submit offers to requests on the platform.
The Contractor is the one who is responsible for choosing the request and submits his/her quotation based on his/her preferences as property location, property type or area.
When choosing and selecting the request, the contractor press "submit your bid" button then the BOQ that will be seen by the client will be generated to be seen by the contractor and hence can edit in if needed before saving.
Each request is limited by maximum of 3 offers to be submitted. After receiving the max. number of offers, the request will be removed from the list automatically. So, the faster the contractor is, the more offers can be submitted.
5.3.Reviewing
Each contractor on SocialBuildingz platform has his own account, click here, where his clients can have access to for the purpose of reviewing his work.
Based on this review, each contractor will be ranked on the platform among the other contractors.
For the contractor's clients to be able to review, username and password are entered to avoid fake reviews. These reviews are randomly checked and if fake or wrong review appeared, the review will be deleted and the contractor will lose points of his/her Z-points balance, and/or the account will be blocked and not able to submit offers.
5.4.Creating Ads
Professional users can increase their exposure to clients by making ads through SocialBuildingz platform. So they can select their preferred advertising spaces/sections among those designed by SocialBuildingz which are:
- Top Contractors/Designers Front Page
- Top Contractors/Designers Side Column
- Top Banner Front Page
The professional user has to be activated to be able to have the benefit of advertising on SocialBuildingz platform. Also the profile should be completed with minimum three previous projects uploaded.
These ads appear as the logo of the company without the contacts but it is clickable that direct the client to the company profile on SocialBuildingz.com

6.Pointing System
"Z-points" is SBZ currency that enables you to make any transaction on the website. "Rank points" are the points that the contractor gains by having more reviews.
You have to be activated contractor to purchase Z-points.
Purchases of Z-Points are non-refundable.

7.Not Used
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by those Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by SocialBuildingz. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the services:
- To obtain password, account, or private information from any SocialBuildingz user.
- To create or transmit unwanted spam to any person.
- To create multiple accounts for the purpose of voting for or against users' photographs or images
- To post copyrighted content which does not belong to you
- To sell the database you have from the website
- To send advertising SMSs to users
9.Warranty Disclaimer
Our Website, all content and services provided on Our Website and all discount cards you obtain are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Our content is largely generated in an automated form; errors can and do happen.
Also SocialBuildingz does not guarantee neither the quality of the work provided to the normal user “client” nor the funding arrangement provided by the normal user to the Professional User “contractor” in any case. Payment and monetary transactions between clients and contractors should be guaranteed and settled before commencement of work using form of agreement “contract” between them.
10.Liability
You own all intellectual property in your own original content you contribute. You must not upload or contribute any Content not originally created by you, or any Content which is not properly licensed to you by someone else just for uploading or contributing.
We are not liable for any damages or losses occurs to the Home Owner or the Service Provider.
11.Fees and Payment
11.1.Subscription terms
Social Buildingz offers a range of subscription packages to get the best use of its services, including, without limitation, "Z-200", "Z-300", "Z-500", "Z-700" and "Z-900" or Otherwise updated. As an express condition of your use and access to Social Buildingz services, you agree to pay all fees applicable to your subscription package and any other fees for additional services you may need.
To view specific details of your package, including the points you have, the consumed points, the commencement date and the expiry date, visit Social Buildingz website, login at …………., then click "profile" page after logging in.
11.2.Method of Payment
After selecting your package plan, you can pay directly online through PayPal website. After clicking” subscribe”, you will be directed to the check-out page then to “PayPal” page.
You do not need to previously have account on PayPal, all you need is to fill-in the required information as first and last names, card number and password. If you have account, you will enter your password and make the transaction.

11.3.Change in Fees
We may change the fees for the services at any time or impose additional fees or charges. Such changes will be effective 30 days after notice of our new fees.
11.4.Payment terms, Refunds
The fees for your package plan are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and are not renewed automatically on a monthly or annual basis. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription, as the 30 days are counted from the date of payment, or for unused points with an open account.
Any discounts applied to a previous subscription package may not apply to a renewed subscription package.
11.5.Expiration
Z-points valid only for 30 days after making the payment transaction to SocialBuildingz. After this period, you will need to subscribe to other package plan as no z-points will be transferred to other period. Suspension or freezing periods are counted in these 30 days.
12.Links
Our Website may contain links to other websites that we do not operate or control and for which we are not responsible ("Other Websites"). We provide these links for your reference and convenience and do not endorse the contents of Other Websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damages that may arise from your use of them. You should refer to the separate terms of use, privacy policies, and other rules posted on Other Websites before you use them.
13.Your Feedback
We encourage You to share your comments and questions with us at www.socialbuildingz.com/contact-us . but we may not be able to reply promptly but we will reply within 48 hours.
14.Activation
To make the maximum use of SocialBuildingz and start submitting offers to clients, the account has to be activated. Uploading the commercial register and the tax card is a must for activation.
In case that the contractor is a free lancer (do not have the required documents), he/she will not be able to submit offers to clients unless they are reviewed from their previous clients on the website.
